Bertrand Diard, co-founder and CEO

Bertrand Diard, 33, is co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Talend.  Prior to co-founding Talend, he was managing a Business Unit of one of the largest European systems integrators.  He has also co-founded in 1999 a software company specialized in real-time 3D animation, and before that he worked in business development at Manpower.  Bertrand has extensive experience with managing large integration projects.

Fabrice Bonan, co-founder and COO

Fabrice Bonan, 34, is co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Talend.  Prior to co-founding Talend, he gained advanced experience in the integration field as the Technical Director of the integration practice for a large European systems integrator, where he managed complex projects for large clients.  Fabrice has also co-founded an IT Asset Management software company, based in France and in the Silicon Valley. Fabrice holds a degree in Computer Science from EPITA in Paris.

Cédric Carbone, CTO

Cédric Carbone, 29, is Talend’s Chief Technical Officer. He joined Talend in 2006, having previously managed the Java practice of Neurones, a leading systems integrator in France. Cédric has also lectured at several universities on technical topics such as XML or Web Services. He holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science and an Advanced Degree in Document Engineering.

Vincent Pineau, General Manager Americas

Vincent Pineau, 39, joined Talend in 2007 as General Manager for Americas.  He is a business intelligence and data management industry veteran, having held executive positions with MicroStrategy, a global leader in business intelligence, as well as Open Solution where he oversaw QA and ran strategic training.

François Méro, General Manager EMEA

François Méro, 40, is Talend’s General Manager for Europe, Middle East and Africa. He joined Talend in 2007, bringing over 15 years of experience in growing and managing sales and operations of software companies in Europe and Asia, including Parametric Technologies, Soamai and ASG. François holds a Master in Business and Economy degree from INSEEC.

Philippe Lobet, CFO

Philippe Lobet, 52, joined Talend as Chief Financial Officer in 2006.  His experience includes working for financial audit firms, large corporations and more recently several fast growing high-tech companies. Philippe graduated from ESC Rouen and holds a CPA degree.

Yves de Montcheuil, VP of Marketing

Yves de Montcheuil, 38, is Talend’s Vice President of Marketing.  He joined Talend in 2007, bringing 15 years of product marketing experience with various US and European software companies, including Sunopsis, Empirix and SDP/Sybase.  Yves holds a masters degree in electrical engineering and computer science from Supelec in France; he has presented at numerous industry events and conferences and has authored several published articles.
