This statement is made pursuant to Section 54, Part 6 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
About us
Talend Ltd. is a next generation leader in Cloud data integration and data integrity. It is part of the Talend Group of companies.
Our position
We are fully supportive of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and its intention to tackle modern slavery in all its forms, including slavery, servitude, forced labour and trafficking.
Our policy
We have zero tolerance towards modern slavery.
We are committed to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to seek to ensure that modern slavery is not taking place anywhere in our business or supply chains.
Risk assessment
We believe that our exposure to the risks of modern slavery is very limited with regard to our business.
However, we still recognise that there is scope for modern slavery to occur. We shall keep this position under review and will institute appropriate actions in accordance with the circumstances.
Our workforce
We have approximately 98 employees engaged in the UK. Our employees are obliged to act in accordance with relevant laws and our policies.
We actively encourage our employees to raise any concerns and support the ability of an employee to individually raise potential concerns or grievances.
Our Policies
We have a suite of policies which are relevant to our attempts to ensure that there is no modern slavery in any part of our work force. These include:
- Code of Business Conduct and Ethics Policy
- Anti-Corruption Compliance Policy
- Whistleblower Policy
Our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics Policy specifically provides that employees are not to establish a business relationship with any supplier whose business practices they know or have reason to know violates applicable laws.
Education and training
This statement will be issued to all relevant employees to ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery in our business and supply chains.
This statement has been approved by our Board of Directors. It will be reviewed and updated as appropriate on an annual basis.
